License

The short version

Every downloadable product on this site ships under one Standard License, included in the price — there's no separate paid license tier to choose between. It's built to cover both your own projects and paid client work.

What the Standard License lets you do

• Use a purchased file in an unlimited number of your own projects.
• Use a purchased file in paid client work, where the client is the end user of the finished result (a website, a document, a social post, a brand asset).
• Modify, adapt and combine the files as needed for your project.
• Install and use the files across your own devices and, where relevant, your team's.

What it doesn't let you do

• Resell, redistribute or share the source files themselves — as-is, modified, or repackaged — whether for free or for payment.
• Use a purchased file as the basis for a competing product (for example, reselling a template or icon set as your own downloadable product).
• Claim authorship of an unmodified file, or represent it as custom-made for a client when it is a purchased asset.
• Sublicense the raw source files to a third party outside the finished deliverable you build with them.

Ownership

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under the terms above — it does not transfer copyright in the underlying files, which remains with webdigitaltools.

Services

Websites built under the One-Page Website Build service, and reports delivered under the Website & SEO Audit service, become yours to use on delivery, for the purpose they were commissioned for; where a purchased template or asset kit is used as part of that build, the Standard License terms above still apply to that underlying file.
