Downloadable products

As an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchases made online, under Directive 2011/83/EU. Because downloadable products are delivered immediately by email once your order is confirmed, this right does not survive delivery unless you keep it open — so at checkout, you're asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that doing so waives your 14-day withdrawal right for that item. This checkbox is required and unticked by default; you can review exactly what you're agreeing to before you place the order.

Separately, and regardless of that waiver, we offer a 14-day goodwill refund on any downloadable product that turns out to be faulty, meaningfully incomplete, or not as described on its product page. To request one, email support@webdigitaltools.com with your order reference and a short description of the issue.

Services — One-Page Website Build and Website & SEO Audit

• 5 or more business days before kickoff: free cancellation or reschedule, full refund.
• Inside 5 business days before kickoff: cancelling incurs a fee of 50% of the package price.
• Once work has started: a refund is calculated pro-rata for any milestones not yet delivered, based on the work already completed under the package's scope.

"Kickoff" means the point at which we begin work after scope confirmation, per /process/. To cancel or reschedule a service order, email support@webdigitaltools.com with your order reference.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We aim to process an approved refund promptly once it's confirmed; exact timing beyond that depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
