Terms of Service

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and webdigitaltools, Olgy Havlové 2899/17, 130 00 Praha 3, Czechia ("we," "us"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them.

What we sell

Two kinds of purchase: downloadable digital products (templates, Notion systems, asset kits, marketing toolkits, the Playbook) and fixed-price digital services (the One-Page Website Build and the Website & SEO Audit, each sold as one of three published packages). Every price shown on the site is in EUR and excludes VAT, which is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing country.

How a contract is formed

Adding an item to your cart is not a contract. Completing checkout and receiving an order confirmation forms a contract between you and webdigitaltools for the item(s) listed on that confirmation, at the price shown at the time you completed checkout.

Delivery

Downloadable products are delivered by email once your order is confirmed. Services are delivered according to the scope and turnaround stated on the relevant service package, starting once we have received what we need from you (see /process/). We do not promise instant delivery of downloads or a guaranteed response time on enquiries outside a stated service turnaround.

License to use what you buy

Downloadable products are licensed, not sold outright — you receive a right to use the files under the Standard License, not ownership of the underlying copyright. Full license terms: /legal/license/.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information, to use downloadable files within the license terms, and — for service orders — to provide the materials and access reasonably needed for us to deliver the scope you purchased within the stated turnaround. Turnaround times are counted from when we have what we need from you, not from the moment of checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /legal/refund/, which sets out the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for downloadable products (and the checkout waiver that applies to them), and the cancellation terms for service packages.

Liability

We provide downloadable products and services with reasonable care and skill, to the scope described on the relevant product or service page. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of a downloadable file or a delivered service, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Czech or EU consumer-protection law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, design, the spec-sheet motif, the logo, and the source files behind every downloadable product — is owned by webdigitaltools unless stated otherwise. Purchasing a product grants you the license described in /legal/license/; it does not transfer copyright.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms for any future order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
