You get a short brief request by email covering what we need from you (copy, images, access, or your site’s URL for an audit).
- We build or audit
Work runs inside the stated turnaround, counted in business days from when we have what we need from you.
- Delivery
A website build goes live (or is handed off, depending on hosting); an audit report is delivered by email as a PDF.
What we need from you
For a website build
Your copy (or a clear starting point), your logo and any images, your domain/hosting access if you already have one, and one point of contact for revision rounds.
For an SEO audit
Your site's URL, access to Google Search Console or Analytics if you have it (optional but useful), and a note on which pages or goals matter most to you.

Why is this cheaper than a typical agency quote?
There’s no sales team and no discovery call built into the price — the scope is standardised into three packages per service, so pricing it doesn’t take a conversation.
What if my project doesn’t fit one of the three packages?
The packages cover most one-page and small-business sites, and most audit depths. If yours is genuinely different, use the enquiry form on /contact/ and describe it — that’s what it’s for.
Do you offer ongoing website maintenance or hosting?
No — both services are fixed-scope engagements. Delivery includes what’s listed on the package; ongoing hosting and maintenance aren’t part of either service at launch.
Can I upgrade from one package to a higher tier mid-project?
Contact us before work starts and we can swap the order for the higher package. Once work has started, the refund and change terms on /legal/refund/ apply.
